Refund Policy

At NCW Electric Powersports, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we typically do not offer refunds on electric bikes or powersport vehicles. Any request for a refund is handled on a case-by-case basis and is 100% at the discretion of the owner.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued in the same form as the original payment and may be subject to applicable fees and deductions.

Please note that all sales are final unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing by the owner. We encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns or questions prior to purchasing.
