Shipping policy

At NCW Electric Powersports, we offer local pickup and shipping options for our products:

Bikes: All electric bikes and powersport vehicles must be picked up locally at our store, located at 7150 Tupelo Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48103. We do not offer shipping for bikes at this time. Once your bike is ready for pickup, we will contact you to schedule a convenient time.

Accessories: We are happy to ship accessories to customers. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, and delivery times may vary based on your location.
